• Device and usage data needed for App performance, notifications (FCM device tokens), error reporting, and connectivity.

• Create and manage your loyalty account.
• Display your loyalty card, points, tier, and transaction history.
• Process visits, earn points, and apply tier discounts.
• Authenticate you and protect your account.
• Send password-reset verification codes by SMS when requested.
• Send push notifications related to the App.
• Respond to help and support requests.
• Improve App reliability, security, and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with Flamingo staff/admins, service providers (hosting, SMS verification, Firebase Cloud Messaging), or when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and loyalty information while your account is active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and comply with law. If you request deletion, we remove or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

You can update your profile and password in the App. To request account deletion, use Profile → Delete Account in the App, or follow the instructions on our Delete Account page.
