Delete Your Flamingo Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Flamingo Nails & Spa loyalty app account and associated data.

Delete in the App (recommended)

1. Open the Flamingo app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the App, email us from the phone number linked to your account with subject “Delete my Flamingo account”, and include your full name and registered phone number.

Use Help & Support in the App for the current support contact, or contact Flamingo Nails & Spa / CodeCrafts HQ support.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, phone number)
• Loyalty points and related account data
• Transaction history associated with your account (subject to legal/business retention where required)
• Device push-notification tokens linked to your account

Processing time

We process deletion requests within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), except where we must retain certain information by law or for fraud prevention.
